I'm a Technical Fellow/IT Architect, with a Ph.D in Human Factors Psychology, with emphasis in User Experience Design and a MS in Experimental Psychology. My current focus is IT architecture, software development, business process reengineering and improvement, and Lean IT systems. In a nutshell, I"m a professional problem solver who serves as the bridge between what users want, what the business needs, and what IT can provide. I have a long and varied history of over 23yrs in Aviation, having served as a certified composites and sheetmetal mechanic, liaison planner and engineer, tooling coordinator, ebusiness application developer, instructor, researcher, and an inventor. I'm fortunate to have multiple patents for software and technology I've developed and as well as multiple awards and documented savings in the hundreds of millions for solutions I've created and implemented. I enjoy teaching, leading and coaching high performing teams, and showing people the power and capability of analytical tools, teaming and believing in themselves. I delight in the epiphany that occurs when we are successful together and the empowerment that is felt when we achieve the improbable.
