Hands on experience working with associates in training and troubleshooting equipment and the process. Experience in running validations, troubleshooting equipment issues, root cause analyze of the process and nonconformance issues. Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment and support manufacturing situations. * Manufacturing experience in medical devices and in the snack food industry. Others areas: consumer packaging, corrugated co-packing operations and warehousing/distribution. * Possess strong communication skills with all levels of personnel both verbally and in writing. * Collaborated with senior management, Human Resources, QA department, maintenance/facilities, engineering, R & D and outside vendors. * Developed Growth Development Program to set employees desired goals, make employees accountable, build on strengths, minimize weakness and ultimately find potential leaders. * Total responsible in recruiting, interviewing and orientation to new employees. * Knowledgeable in Total Preventative Maintenance program. * Established a sound quality program through developing standard work and best practice procedures. * To control the process used five Why's to discover root cause and failure mode analysis. Established poka-yokes by using SPC, red flag and audit plans. * Experience in GMP'S, FDA, SQF, OSHA, HACCP, and ISO/Q9000/14001/13485. * Implemented World Class Manufacturing initiatives utilizing my Green Belt standards. * Experience in design layout of cellular manufacturing production lines. * Familiar with the NCR procedure in breaking down problems, develop root cause and plan for corrective action. * Experience in supervision of the labor force, managing vendors and sub-contractors. * Knowledge in conducting STOP safety and environmental initiatives. * Experience in hands-on training in equipment use and control points. * Experience in administrative duties- performance reviews, discipline and attendance.
