(1) The past few years of Sky were spent acquiring 7 other banks and their customers, as well as staff, and I was an integral part of these merger situations. I created letters, catalogs, and other messages to customers all with a positive “spin” and the Sky brand. I headed a team who also planned employee events to integrate their staff into the Sky culture from a human resources, product and sales perspective.
