Work Experience: October 2004 to July 2010: Salvation Army Central Territory Headquarters: Internal Auditor As an a Internal Auditor, I audited all the activities of the Salvation Army within our 10 state area. These activities included Multifamily Senior Housing, Adult Rehab Centers, the 10 Divisions of our Territory and various other activities which include their thrift stores and food stamp programs. December 1978 to October 2004. Department of Housing and Urban Development , Office of Inspector General, Office of Audit. I worked as an Auditor for the Midwest Region, auditing all of the six states HUD activities. These included Multifamily Housing, Public Housing, Section 8 programs and other various activities. Our reports were included in the Semi-Annual Report to Congress on HUD activities. While working for HUD, I also attended training in Washington DC and became a Mediator for EEO Complaints between employees and their Federal Agencies. For the past three years with HUD, I worked as Enforcement Analyst for activities of their Multi-family programs.
