Description
I'm looking for a position as a Director of Laboratory /Pathology Services. As a Director I'm looking to be a leader in promoting good working relationship with the clients as well as it's employees. In this position I will be responsible in developing an implementing an integrated service line model across the service area. I will ensure that all technical and service support staff provide the highest quality of care to the services it provides. It is essential that the department is in full compliance of the accrediting bodies such as COLA, JCAHO, CAP, CMS, CLIA, AABB, NCQA, Title 22, federal and other state requirements. I'm also looking into ensure that both patient and staff safety is exercised and develop,improve,implements and monitor safety programs,chemical hygiene and injury prevention program. As a director I intend to oversee and develop clinical practice standards, staffing, payroll, budget, fiscal management and quality improvement activities.

Highlights:
While working a s a director I have accomplished in successfully passing all the accreditation inspections ( CAP, JCAHO, CMS , CLIA). Deployed multiple systems(IT) in the department to increase staff productivity and process. Have increased staff and client satisfaction. Deployed a successful POCT system. Developer collaboration with other department to meet its needs resulting in to better satisfaction and outcomes. Implemented rounding and daily huddles with the staff both management and staff.
