• 24+ years of technical and engineering management experience in one of the world largest semiconductors producer. • Broad experience in leading and managing PC platforms and systems (hardware/software) development, applications and technical enabling for critical time-to-market platforms with major MNC/OEM/ODM customers. • In-depth program management and leadership experience in driving a program collaboration with multiple teams and sites. • In-depth understanding of silicon design process from conception, architecture to final products. Participated and lead in various projects including system board level architectures include microcontrollers, microprocessors, CPU, Chipsets and other ASIC chips. • Managerial experience in leading and growing different teams (staff: 15 to 70) in areas of technical expertise and also leadership. • Recognized for exceptional focus, follow-through and coordination skills. Ability to develop and manage project schedules and work well with cross-functional teams.
