Excellent presentation skills with experience briefing Program Management. 14 months as the MQ-8C Fire Scout Quality Liaison Manager, 4 years 8 months experience V-22 Customer Liaison, plus 30 months Bell Helicopter V-22 root cause corrective action experience working with both internal and external suppliers spearheading corrective action requests to determine defect root causes and drive resolution. Proficient at working independently or leading corrective action teams with excellent planning, interpersonal, written and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Self starter who drives success while seeing issues through to completion. Experienced with Bell systems to include Visiprise, Enovia, SAP, Blueprint/Engineering Drawing interpretation, Specifications and Standards with the ability to analyze data to identify trends. Green Belt certified; Airframe and Power Plant License, FCC General Radio Operator’s License, possess a current Secret Clearance and a Valid Passport. Experienced with AS9100 and AS9102.
