I led/performed different level of analysis, from specific subjects up to organizational/ policy/strategy levels. I wrote system requirements for over 15 procurement and development programs. I took part in five research & development programs, have been involved in two aircraft modernization and over six system procurement programs. I have experience of over sixteen years in project/program management and the last ten years was in F-35 program. This experience involves negotiations, defining of requirements, mapping requirements to the deliverables, planning, execution and communication with internal and external audiences. Some part of my task was the development of Performance Based Logistics sustainment structure for F-35 air system, which involved production, supply chain, logistic performance metrics/algorithm and logistics business rules development. During my career of 25 years, I appreciated the value of team working, internal and external communication, horizontal and vertical integration with-in the organization.
