Description
I am a general manager of a public water and wastewater utility. As such, I preform many executive level functions including strategic management of administrative and operations staff to meet organizational goals and create a pleasant and responsible culture. I am versed in writing policies and job descriptions, evaluations and career counseling, conflict resolution, staffing and recruiting and working with outside contractors and customers. I also assure complete compliance to Water Permits, Underground Injection Control(UIC) and National Polution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. As the only executive level employee I answer to a 3 member Board of Directors.
