Description
I have used my supply chain experience to enhance operations and productivity in 6 hospitals across the US. I was able to analyze usage and set better par levels with that data. This led to a just in time inventory control system which reduced storage, cost of storage, and monthly overall supply costs. Additional work has been on negotiating contracts with vendors to get premier pricing and rolling out green products. In terms of IT I worked on project implementation in installing the ERP software, upgrading it, and training management on its use.
