Overview I have spent my career at various responsibility levels (owner, executive, manager and consultant). By experiencing the above mentioned levels of business responsibility; I have developed & mastered many business abilities in relation to the scale of business I am involved in at the time: An Entrepreneurial spirit, strategy development, business valuation, technology, sales & marketing, purchasing & inventory control by metrics, team builder/educator, risk management, HR management and finance. I have over 30 years of retail sales & marketing experience. I have opened and grown startups as well as expanded and improved existing businesses. I set procedures to deal directly with vendors along with developing metrics to control inventory. I am well versed in marketing, store merchandising /space allocation& theater display principles. I have managed all HR functions within my business: hiring, terminating, training and creating ALL P.O.P/S.O.P. booklets. I am well versed and creative in the management and financial operations of retail businesses working through various distribution channels, multi market multi-unit retail units; I maintain organization during peak sales periods for myself while working with my reports. I strive for a superior level of customer service; building corporate culture at retail level is second nature for me. I can lead by example and by work ethic. I have managed 9 direct reports as well as 200 indirect reports in multi market environments. I have created and trained management teams in hybrid retail businesses grossing $7mm to $59mm. I am a classic negotiator, promoter, educator and marketer. I would like to present a preliminary course of action after learning what your company goals are.
