Operations Manager

At WM of Alameda County, I am largely involved in data management and strategy planning. I have applied programming skills to automate many dispatch protocols that I have shared across California. I manage a dynamic dispatch concept that requires fast and flexible management and execution. Throughout my tenure at WM, I have established trusting relationships with the District Management of my market area who, in May of 2011, unanimously and solely nominated me to represent the Cal Bay market area as a Coach for Onboard Computer Systems. In Q3 and Q4 of 2011, I was tasked to consolidate Dispatch departments for our market area to be realized in the first quarter of Q2, 2012. I am presently a candidate for District Management except I do not feel that Waste Management can support the sort of growth I would like to realize in the next five years and I’m looking for opportunities that will accommodate this growth.
