I have worked with over 60 people with 27 project at one time. All our project were kept in a timely manner. I ensured the project would go out on time with all the necessary procedures and functions accomplished. Which entailed the following:Develop and coordinated with Team Members for each project, the Project Schedule to display brake down of project and time frame of each phase of the project to insure the project is completed in a timely manner which includes: Project Development Plans: include requirements. Project Designs: includes design considerations, Project Development Test Plan and FAA Union Coordination written and sent. Project Development: includes prototype created, test conducted, test plan report written, production created, system test plan procedures written and safety risk management document memo written and sent. Project System Test: includes system test completed, system test report written, problem technical report written, or technical discrepancy report opened. Project Production: includes parts list logistics center, modification kit created, key site test plan written, safety risk management document memo received approval response, Project Key site: includes key site test conducted, key site test report written, FAA union received approval response, mass kit production with quality assurance sampling response and problem technical report or technical discrepancy report closed. Accomplished process improvement responsibilities including the implementation of new business processes leveraging technology integration to improve SSM product quality and increase team productivity, validate the new processes, and mentor project team members on new processes. Accomplished quality assurance responsibilities of systems modification projects include monitoring multiple project work in progress status, providing objective quality inspections of project artifacts and identifying process improvement opportunities.
