Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels and ability to lead technical initiatives across multi-functional teams. • Experienced in all phases of product development, from design concept, design-for-test (DFT), design-for-manufacturing (DFM), reliability, production and customer support to product end-of-life. Have worked with team members from various areas (design, marketing, product, quality and packaging) introducing successful products to the market
