As a Systems Analyst/Technical writer/Trainer, I have worked for the Federal Government at the CIA and also worked as a Contractor supporting the government (CIA, DoD, VHA, Navy, and JWAC). My professional experience has been in the development/maintenance of automated information systems to support operational intelligence missions.
