COVER LETTER: To Whom it may concern, I have had a multifaceted career in the military over 21 years. I established myself as a lead technical instructor in various fields in order to establish young and experienced adults (civilian and military) in the ever changing technological advancements. I have directed the development of new curriculum and changes in technology, while leading over 26 different multifaceted advanced technical instructors and bridging gaps in learning as needed. I also took on new equipment introduced to the military and civilian market place, while maintaining budget demands and training other instructors.
