Subsequently, project accounted for $400,000 in productivity savings, and $750,000 in direct savings. * Designed and implemented at GE, an electronic track and trace process and strategy to support total accountability of all material being delivered to a power plant construction jobsite. This process ensured compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements for title transfer, and project saved $1.25 million in warranty claims during the first 6 months of implementation.
