I am seeking a position with a good company that has opportunity for career growth. I am goal oriented, driven to succeed with over 20 years in the Healthcare industry. I have held positions as Senior Technical Application Specialist, Senior Service Engineer and most recent as Service Manager in South Florida where I managed and supervised 19 direct reports. My team consistently exceeded in customer satisfaction surveys and met or exceeded company targets. I possess great communication skills, place great importance on customer satisfaction and work extremely well with small and/or large teams to meet targets and accomplish goals.
