Description
QUALIFICATIONS * Extensive experience with maintenance and repair of different production machinery and computerized systems that produces different gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, acetylene. Etc. * Manufacture & operates food processing machines * Troubleshooting motors & control systems (A.C/D.C motors, gas producing plant) * Basic electrical skills Experienced with computerized boiler control systems * Experience with the production of industrial gases, i.e. Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide and Acetylene * Basic repair techniques and maintenance of generators, pumps, motors, and other valves systems * Able to produce data sheets. Also has knowledge in excel, Microsoft word * Boiler and machine operations, including prototype * Operating hydraulic, pneumatic and other valves operating systems * Understanding of manufacturing processes, CNC, CMM & injection molding experience * Automation and some CAD experience, quality control including six sigma, testing equipment * Dependable and hard working with excellent interpersonal skills
