I have successfully managed federal, state and commercial proposals over the last 25 years. For the past six years I have been working for General Dynamics Information Technologies (GDIT) leading proposal teams in all phases of proposal development, from developing win strategies, outlines, storyboards, Pink and Red Teams, to proposal submission. I developed, standardized and published processes for all GDIT proposal methods, procedures, libraries and templates by building on the GDIT Enterprise Business Development and Shipley processes, including proposal plans, compliance matrices, past performance citations and questionnaires, resumes, storyboards, annotated mockups, and proposal kickoff presentations. I have been an active member in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) since 2006 and have a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University School of Business & Public Management. I also have a TS-SCI clearance.
