I have 9+ years of experience in managing challenging projects and leading high-performing teams (I led the team behind the N. 1 Italy search, news and shopping web portal) and 10+ years of technological experience (I developed in Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Oracle, MySql, SAP, R, SAS, Octave, Matlab). I was the head of organization and IT for a Private Equity firm for 3 years and, in the last four years, I helped an entrepreneur in developing his fashion luxury goods company (increasing revenues ~70%) as head of information systems, process management and controlling. Also, I have a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Engineering of Computing Systems coupled with more than 7 hands-on technical certifications and credentials (such as the PMP – Project Management Professional – and the CISA – Certified Information System Auditor). In my spare time, I enjoy participating in Machine Learning competitions on Kaggle where I earned Kaggle's highest status of Master.
