I have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with eighteen (18) years of experience in the field of manufacturing. Ten years in leadership positions as Manufacturing Supervisor and eight years of experience in the position of Quality Engineer. I am an experienced team player and strongly oriented towards Six Sigma quality along with operational productivity. Likewise have strong leadership qualities and forward strategic planning abilities, able to perform under pressure and without supervision. I anticipate problems before they occur then develop and implement resolutions based on the issues that arise. I speak, read, and write both Spanish and English fluently and have strong computer skills, also strongly oriented towards customer satisfaction.
