Reduced COG by more than 15% by leveraging their combined buying power, payment terms, and JIT production scheduling. Effective P&L management strategies reduced overhead by $2M annually, driving double-digit margin growth. * Business Turnaround: Transformed NPI, a struggling regional business, into an industry leader, quadrupling revenues and delivering double-digit EBITDA growth. Built brand equity, expanded existing markets, established new distribution channels - driving the success of the Good Choice, Motor Trend, and Mechanix Choice brands. * Business Startup/Expansion. Managed the retrofitting, re-staffing and re-opening of 2 shuttered plants [$11.5M-spend] for Tolsa Group in 2015 acquired and opened 2 warehouses, activated 2 rail spurs, launched a mining operation, relocated and staffed a new U.S. base-of-operations. Negotiated all construction, labor, mining, real estate, licensing, purchasing, state & local tax abatement agreements - bringing all projects in ahead of schedule and under budget. * Strategy Development and Execution: Launched Better Built Products, a supply-chain resource, from concept to maturity driving sales from $0 to $14M.
