Hello, my name is Geoffrey Perea and I currently operate a 284 room boutique style hotel in the heart of Costa Mesa, and one of OC's top restaurants Le Chateau. Formally, I operated a 6.2 million dollar restaurant and control a staff of over 30 team members. My experience includes 4 star hotels, exotic resorts, exclusive clubs and free standing restaurants. A few words to describe my style would be a consistent, well organized Executive Chef that achieves bottom line results even in the toughest environments. I have extensive knowledge budgeting with labor, food, and controllable costs, achieving results without sacrificing quality.
