Summary Working Knowledge of following procedures: *Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) *Trenching *Confined Spaces *Inspection Techniques and Analysis *Safety Management *Accident Investigation Related *EMT Basic locations Valero Three Rivers * Conduct daily safety meetings, audits, and health/safety inspections. * Generate daily job safety analysis (JSA), * Monitor the job site for proper utilization of approved Job Safety Plans (JSP) * Review & approve Job Safety Plans (JSP) and Accident Prevention Plans * Conduct weekly heavy equipment and vehicle safety inspections with general/sub contractor operators. * Monitor the job site for the use of appropriate PPE. Conduct daily safety meetings audits and health/safety inspections. Generate daily job safety analysis (JSA) * Monitor the job site for proper utilization of approved Job Safety Plans (JSP) * Inspect rigs when rigging down & up. * First responder for accident victims Monitor job site for EPA DOT OSHA and OSH Install and remove blinds from vessels heat exchangers valves and manways during maintenance. * Disassemble and reassemble shell and tube heat exchangers for maintenance which includes extracting bundles removing channel heads and installing gaskets. * Remove old valves and install new valves for maintenance to chemical processing lines. *Torque bolts according to Hytorc Torque Chart Specifications.
