I have supervised a small accounting staff who were responsible for daily accounting functions which include A/P A/R collections billing maintaining client's escrow accounts resolving client's concerns forecasting budgets processing multistate payroll performing bank reconciliations creating cash flow projections reconciling ledger entries job costing preparing and filing various tax documents (payroll tax business tax franchise tax property renditions annual reports and income tax returns) preparing month & year-end closings and preparing financial statements. I have a great understanding of GAAP and am acquainted with SOX.
