Aubrey Hewitt Aubrey Hewitt has over 30+ years in the IT profession. He spent a significant part of his career with AT&T, starting in AT&T Communication & Information Systems. Most recently he served as Vice President of Global HR Systems and Vendor Management for Boston Scientific. In this role, Aubrey was responsible for designing, developing, project managing, implementing, upgrading and continuously improving the Company’s HR platform. As Boston Scientific grew through acquisitions Aubrey was responsible for developing the appropriate plans and integrating the acquired HR systems into the Boston Scientific HR Platform. Since Boston Scientific is a life sciences company, he has extensive experience in leading the design and management of a “validated system environment.” Furthermore, Aubrey drove the development of the technology vision and strategy for HR systems and the service rendering structure of the HR Services Centers in partnership with the Company’s Chief Information Officer and the IT Team. He led the efforts in designing the service rendering structure of the Global HR Services Centers, with entities in India, Canada and Europe. In conjunction with the aforementioned responsibilities, Aubrey was also responsible for managing a $15M outsourced agreement involving IT and Service Center services. Currently, Aubrey is working as an independent consultant providing services focused on strategic planning, system integration/evolution. His services include the review and analysis of installed platforms and the development of a strategic/evolutionary path forward based on defined company strategy. He is currently consulting with several organizations. With his 30+ years of experience in Information Technology, a significant portion of the experience is in support of HR systems and processes. Aubrey is looking toward migrating from consulting into a leadership position within an enterprise, a role that can enable him to leverage his experience and technical expertise in the HR/IT arena.
