I wish to be a department head. The ideal position wouldn’t require an 80 hour work week to be successful. Additionally, I desire to work in an environment that allows for creative thinking and is receptive of new ideas. I would prefer to work in a medium size organization that has a culture that gives employees a sense of pride and that they have a vested interest in the company’s overall success. The responsibilities would not only include operational day-to day objectives but strategic long range planning as well. The position would allow me to demonstrate my analytical, technological and leadership skills. I wish to add value to the organization.
