COVER LETTER: Dear Tony, Congratulations! I am pleased to confirm our offer of the position of Driver - CDL, Secure Shredding. As was discussed, while in the employ of Iron Mountain your compensation package shall be as follows: Start Date 08/12/2019, contingent upon receipt of negative results from a drug screen and successful completion of a background investigation. If your position requires specific credentials such as licenses, security clearances or other qualifications you are responsible for keeping those credentials up to date at all times. If your position involves driving an Iron Mountain vehicle you must maintain a proper Driver Qualification ("DQ") file at all times. Compensation Your wage rate for this role will be USD $17.50 per hour paid bi-weekly. Your salary and performance will be reviewed annually. Iron Mountain is an at-will employer therefore you and the company are free to terminate employment at any time, with or without cause. Overtime must be approved in advance by your supervisor or manager and is paid at one and one half times your base hourly pay rate for hours worked over 40 in a given work week unless otherwise required by specific state or local regulation. You agree to sign and strictly abide by the enclosed Confidentiality Agreement. Incentive You will be included in the Iron Mountain Incentive Compensation plan. Your target Compensation incentive opportunity under this plan will be 3.85% of your actual earnings, provided you are actively employed at the time payment is made. Incentive Compensation will be based upon successful completion of agreed upon objectives and your overall performance. Contingencies Your employment with Iron Mountain is contingent upon the following: * Successful completion of a Background Investigation and Motor Vehicle Report Review and reference checks. * Iron Mountain Incorporated believes in creating and maintaining a healthy and productive work environment for our employees. To that end, Iron Mountain Incorporated supports a Substance Abuse Program, which includes a drug & alcohol testing program. As a condition of this offer of employment, you will be required to undergo screening tests for alcohol and illegal drug use. This screening process must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance and prior to the start of employment. * Successful completion of a DOT medical exam if applicable. - US Only * Completion of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, and submittal of required documentation of eligibility for employment * For positions that require compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation ("ITAR"), proof that you are a U.S. person must be provided on your first day of employment. A U.S. Person (as defined in ITAR * 120.14) is a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101 (a) (20) or is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S. C 1324b (a) (3). * For positions that require enhanced clearance by law (such as roles subject to the Public Trust Clearance process pursuant to 5 U.S.C. sec. 3302 part 5 5et seq., or other government clearances), successful completion of the required clearance and ability begin employment within thirty (30) days of receiving confirmation of successful completion of the clearance check.
