Excellent knowledge in generating P&IDs & PFDs from scratch, piping material take off, pipe sizing (utilized Pipe Flow Software), piping material and valves specification, good knowledge and excellent in piping systems with different services, HVAC chilled water and glycol systems. Generated equipment sizing calculations, specifications, preparation of data sheets, material requisition, bid evaluations, and letter of recommendation for HVAC equipment, pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks and a variety of heavy industrial equipment related to oil and gas and mining and mineral and nuclear waste industries. Generated piping line list pressure, temperature, testing, cleaning and welding inspection parameters. Developed cost estimate of piping material and mechanical equipment during the feasibility study of the project, practices performed good knowledge of Microsoft excel. Generated piping arrangement and details, and isometric drawings for above ground and underground piping with different material and services utilizing AutoCAD, Microstation, and Plant Space software (minor in PDS). Checked piping general arrangement drawings and the quality of the piping isometric drawings prior to fabrication. I have years of experience in the field supporting constructions, Request For Information (RFI) and walk downs of piping systems. Reviewed vendor equipment arrangement drawing, welding procedure and erection procedure prior to construction. Good working knowledge of industry, regulatory guides, codes and standards familiar with piping code ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, and tank code API 650, 653, 570, AWWA D100, ASME D3299, ASME VIII, 10 CFR 50, ISO 9000 and other industrial standard codes. Proficient in applications used of Microsoft Windows and NT, Microsoft Office and other software programs.
