I am seeking one final career employment opportunity with a financially sound Credit Union, Community Bank or Corporation in a Senior Management position as you deem appropriate according to my skill-set as noted on my resume. My primary objective is to continue my professional career as a Chief Lending Officer in a Credit Union or Community Bank. Additionally I have a high degree of interest in a Business Management position since I acquired a great deal of first-hand experience as the sole owner of my LLC, Romano Business & Bank Consulting LLC, for over 11 years. I provided Business Consulting Services of a broad range of types as noted on my attached updated resume. The timing of a new full time employment opportunity is perfect since I completed the sale / transfer of ownership effective April 1, 2015 to a major Business Consulting Firm headquartered in Atlanta GA. Upon completion of the act of sale I was offered and accepted a 90 day contact authored by the 3 Buyers that expired June, 30, 2015. I have been seeking full time employment since July 1, 2015 in the Financial Industry such as a Credit Union or Community Bank as a Chief Lending Officer or a related capacity as a Business Manager, Administrator or Operations Officer in addition to being open to returning to a Credit Union or Community Bank in a Senior Management position focused primarily in Commercial Lending, Credit Underwriting, Cross-selling Bank products and services and Credit Union or Community Bank Management in addition to utilizing the acquired skills I listed on my updated resume. Please note I negotiated a non-compete agreement with the new Owners that expires December 31, 2016 which only prohibits my providing Consulting Services to the 389 client relationships I delivered with my rights reserved to provide Credit Union or Community Bank Commercial or Retail Loans and related products and services.
