As a real estate executive with expertise spanning the shopping center, landlord and tenant space, I have successfully developed, acquired and expanded top of class retailers throughout the US and Canada, leasing in excess of 2000 locations. With an asset management perspective, I seek to maximize profit and strengthen the return on investment of a portfolio of properties, increasing the value to companies ranging from Family to Fortune 500, both corporate and franchise operated. I have developed strategic expansion plans in many metropolitan and secondary markets providing a broad knowledge of retail trade areas and a deep understanding of successful retail operations.
