My resume details informatin as an accomplished military leader with over 32 plus years of experience in the US Army and Industry as a seasoned Capabilities Development Manager, Project Manager, Doctrine Writer with a unique combination of technical and business acumen; adept at spearheading complex projects from initial planning through successful completion. Possess and extensive background in telecommunications, networking, electronic warfare and spectrum management. Demonstrated expertise which crosses over several areas pertaining to the principles and concepts of Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) and system development and integration to include doctrine, concepts, principles, and methodologies across the military services and industry. Over the past five years displayed deep involvement in the agile acquisition process supporting the Army’s strategy with future development through the Network Integration Evaluations (NIE) and Army Warfighting Assessments (AWA) evaluations on future capabilities for the Warfighter, the nation and mission partners around the globe. Currently, servicing as the senior civilian in the Systems Integration Branch (SIB), TRADOC Capability Manager Electronic Warfare (EW) for the last eleven months, providing leadership and input on the development and integration of Integrated Electronic Warfare Systems (IEWS).
