Project Manager responsible for managing the operations of various construction projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Oversee all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, civil and environmental projects. More specifically, I coordinate, implement and have experience in Program Management, Change order management, K-12 education and design, Higher Education, Airport Concession Build-outs, Big Box Retail, Strip Mall, Healthcare, High-rise bldg, construction and operations, owner representation and understanding, planning, project schedule, bid packaging, job cost analysis, quality control, purchasing, inspections and procedure and a variety of other construction experience. Assist estimating department with pre-construction and review of cost estimates for all divisions. Review and approve project billings to the client and approve billings and write scopes and contracts for trade contractors.
