Description
Professional Summary Mechanical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers. Areas of expertise include: * Mechanical design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers according to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, API and TEMA. * Detail drawings and Bill of Materials for fabrication. * Work with purchasing department to resolve technical issues with materials. * Assign NDE's and tests for welding. * Work with QA department creating all required operational procedures, solving Nonconformance and issue instructions to involved personnel in order to comply with client's special requirements. * Work with manufacturing on technical issues that requires engineering solutions. * Creating weld and materials layout * Attending technical clarification meetings with clients. * Meet with ASME authorized inspectors for stamp pressure vessels and heat exchangers. * Participate in ASME audits to re-new S, U and U2 stamps. * Creating 3d models for equipment's * FEA on nozzle and coordinating analysis on other components.
