Contract Management/Sr. Buyer / Subcontract Supplier and Contract Administration of Good Services of the Acquisition Life Cycle to Meet Project Performance and Within Budget Goals for the Benefit of the Organization • Perform contract/subcontract review, negotiations and interface with customer/vendor contracting personnel. • Review all contract/subcontract modifications and proposals for completeness, compliance and accuracy. • Monitor performance, funding and payments on assigned contracts. • Support compliance with all US Government contract data reporting requirements to include audits of DCAA, DCMA and GSA. • Participate and support customer business management reviews, focusing on project performance. • Coordinate and review with legal counsel, the Accounting Department and advise management of contractual rights and obligations. • Develop and execute Subcontract Plans as required. • Prepare RFP/RFQ packages for prospective subcontractors, as well as evaluate responses. • Develop, issue and negotiate subcontract agreements. • Assist Program Managers/Project Leads in the oversight of subcontractor/vendor performance. • Prepare, issue and monitor purchase orders and Consultant Agreements. • Ensure compliance regarding Company’s receipt of furnished property and contractor acquired per Government Furnished Property Guidelines and reporting requirements. • Facilitate best practices, policies and procedures that conform to government regulations with the goal of the Company greater market opportunities of potential Government and Commercial Clients. • Develop, execute and administer Non Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements. • Evaluate Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) issues. • Occasional travel as needed in order to support proposal and negotiation efforts, interactions with Clients, and to further of company business objectives.
