I have held responsibility for all aspects of small business operations in my career including program-level organizational management, IT & Healthcare project fulfillment, and operations sustainment including customer liaison, client relations & new business development, use of Project Management Best Practices (PMBOK principles), staffing & resource management, risk management (failover redundancy, cost-avoidance, health assessment, migration, technology refresh & cutover), quality compliance, performant cost and schedule controls (including EVM tracking), financial performance (budget, expense, cost variance, profit and indirect rate cost controls), subcontractor management, quality compliant delivery, stakeholder relations, as well as corporate marketing. I have over 25 years of Systems Development Life Cycle in agile iterative and waterfall implementation methodologies. Has managed contracts ranging from $1 million in projects at the FAA and Kaiser Permanente through the $25 million program at the Naval Medical Command. I have held responsibility for GE Healthcare coverage of Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region hospital (University of Maryland Medical System, Pennsylvania's St Luke Hospital System, Louisiana's Christus Hospital System, etc.) installations of large-scale critical healthcare monitoring solutions totaling near $10 million. I have received award recognition from past customers for my exemplary team's proficient and outstanding performances.
