PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY * Bachelor degree (4 years) in Accounting with CPA & MBA * Having strong experience in Month End Closing & Reporting, compliance with Accounting & Internal Control Policies & Procedure US GAAP, IFRS, SOX and SEC * 10 + years accounting experience in Technical Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Planning Budgeting & Forecast, Preparation & Auditing of Consolidated Financial Statements, Accounting Research and Tax & Legal Compliance, Financial Reporting and Lease Accounting * Having 5 years' experience with KPMG as Audit Manager * Having experience within Oil &Gas, Distribution and Manufacturing industry with GE * Having 5+ years' experience managing the Treasury Function * Having worked with foreign operations (Mexico, China & India) * Having strong experience of Multi-Entity (Local & International) Consolidations and Reporting. * Having strong experience in the new ASC 605 & 606 Revenue Recognition Standards * Having experience of M& A and IPO Readiness * Having strong experience of SEC Reporting (e.g., Forms 8-K, S-3 10K, 10Q, 8K, S-1 S-4) * Strong experience of ERP, SAP (FICO, PP, PS, CO, COPA, COPCA). SAP BPC, BW, ERP, Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise and Great Plains * Having strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, Lookup functions, Filter, and Formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skill * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Managing staff ( 2 - 10 people)
