I am a IT Manager with over 32 years in softwre development and IT Management. I have excellent administrative support skills, strong work ethics, utilize judgment, and discretion: • Managed all the system administrators for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. • Managed the Intelligence-Led Policing program for Orange County Sheriff‘s Office which lead to the development of a Crime Analysis Reporting Tool Online (CAROL). Work with the Criminal Investigation and Special Investigation Divisions, along with Information Management Services, to develop Intelligence-Led Policing. • Attended the FBI Leadership academy course and the U.S. Secret Service Cyber Analyst Training Program held at the National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI). • Software developer and system analyst for 29 years as a Military contractor. • Manage Technology for Lockheed Martin and the Army’s Program Executive Office for 16 years. • Adjunct professor at Keller Graduate School of management for 12 years. • Lead Faculty/Adjunct professor at Columbia College in Orlando and professor for 21 years. • Taught online classes for the last 13 years in Business, Computer Information Systems, and Criminal Justice using ECollege, Blackboard, WEBCT, CourseNet, Desire2Learn, and Angel online course delivery platforms.
