I am Masters in Computer Science and Graduate in Computer System Engineering. I hold ITIL v.3 Foundation, CCNA, and MSCE, Lucent certified structured cabling designer as major certifications with over 14 years of experience in IT- Infrastructure Operations primarily in Network (LAN/WAN) Administration and Management. Experience in LAN/WAN support environment including knowledge of ISDN, wireless networking, broadband, microwave, Fiber based WAN connectivity over Ethernet, switches, firewalls and routers; Also experience in building up data centre /communication rooms as per standard of Lucent/Avaya structured cabling and redundant power provisioning. Combined experience in Data and Voice Network Integration using Cisco and Nortel products. Real Time System administration through monitoring tools Spectrum, Cisco works and Hp open view. I am Radiant and talented IT professional having experience in executing IT operations processes using ITIL best practices on problem, incident, and change management. I administer technical network design, implementations and deliver network projects with proven ability to direct technical and business teams. I have experience in IT budgeting (Annual OPEX) for network products; I produce cost reduction plans through innovative changes / low cost upgrades, supplier management.
