I also hold twelve years' experience managing international claim support staffs. I have lived and worked throughout the world (i.e. South East Asia, the Middle East India, Africa, Eastern and Western Europe, etc.) I have start up experience: Successfully built a fully autonomous multiline claims division in Bahrain while working for Asia Capital Re as their Head of Claims. I managed (15) direct reports. I answered to the CEO and the COO. In summary, I transferred USD 83,000,000 from Asia Capital Re's Head Quarters in Singapore to Bahrain. Earned my Engineering degree many years' ago. Graduated with High Honors - Class Academic Leader. Likewise, one of my specialties includes in-house adjustments and face-to-face settlement of high dollar, complex property, energy and engineering (construction defect) industrial claims underwritten by multinational corporations. Note: Since the closure of Asia Capital Re's office in Bahrain, I returned to the states to look after an aging parent. I also got involved with the Wounded Warrior Projects and entered the Project management Institute. I am currently working on obtaining my Certified Associate Degree in Project Management.
