Description
My most important goal in a job is to work as a team with respect towards each other to succeed as a department. My role in a department is not completed if my co-worker doesn't do her or his. At the end of a project or when we finished a financial monthly closing the end result is not a job of the CFO or the Controller or the Accounting Manager or the Accountant or any other employee of the Accounting Department, it is the good job of the Accounting Department as a whole. If most Co. would encourage the employees in not to think about themselves instead think about ourselves. This life is not about me is about my neighbor.
