SUMMARY: Extensive experience in all phases and processes of the Instructional Systems Development / Systems Approach to Training model including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with various DoD specifications. Significant experience in designing prototypical training systems for custom courseware. Skilled at RFP analysis, requirements definition, proposal development, compliance, and production. Secret clearance (inactive). support of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR / A) Ft. designed and implemented custom training program working with active duty Regimental personnel. Initiated the Training Development Support Cell beginning with 4 employees in 1999 developing into a staff of 30 professionals including Instructional Developers Graphic Artists Videographers Publications Technicians and Computer Systems Analysts. Served as Site Manager for Team and customized the instructional design and established archive procedures. Scope of our work included training posters coins pamphlets memorial data e-learning (self-paced materials) and publications support. Work required extensive interaction with Subject Matter Experts and Regimental professionals. Developed and taught the Instructor Training Course and served as a certification authority for Army instructors required to be certified in order to teach.
