As a part of the workforce, my intent is to exceed the expectations of my employers and expand the borders of the activity that I am assigned to. Many jobs that were done by outside contractors, could also be done by in house mechanics and fabricators just by schedule it to a production low demand time. The company saves considerable amount of money without disrupt the demand of the production operation. Even the over time paid for in house personnel is way less than any monies paid to outside contractors. Beside the point that, inside people knows exactly where, what and how the new device or addition could be placed. As low overhead passing, blockading of high demand areas etc. By work in constant connection with management and in house personnel, I have learned to do work that provide a once the right and the good together.
