I have had great experience in International Business Development, Account Management and Delivery Operations management (Over 6 years fulltime experience), and have been able to establish relationships with executives across all levels of the organisation (including at C-Level). My most recent experience has been in consulting and delivery operations management of a very critical telecom project for British Telecom, that manages diagnostics and repair of BT's of telecom products/services on global next generation network. I got an opportunity to be based out of California,USA - for New customer acquisition (Addition of new logos, as BDM for Tech Mahindra), Account Mining (Repeat Business), and establish relationships with fortune 500 accounts in USA. My outstanding rank(In USA) by virtue of addition of new customers and meeting assigned targets confirms my ability to bring new customers and add to the topline and bottom-line of the organization in international marketplace.
