I am a RN with my BSN with 8 years of clinical experience. I have experience in conflict resolution, and disgrunteled consumers. I had been a station manager for a charter airline company out of Newark International Airport for 6 years. One of my greatest strengths were disfusing problems with consumers and the airline staff, with each party being happy with outcomes. I caarried that over to my career as a RN, BSN in dealing with clients and ther families, again I was very successful with conflict resolutions, in these situations where the stakes were higher (clients who were very ill and their distressed family members. I am a very willing employee to opportunities to learn more. Additionally, I attended Katherine Gibbs College in Montclair, NJ and I gained secretarial skills, as well as computer skills and excellent organizational and time management skills.
