Ten years of experience in industrial production Plants (massive consumption/70% in transnational Company). My professional career has been developed in Procurement focused on building, development and management efficient team works, strategic sourcing, international negotiation and purchasing (North America, Latin America and Europe suppliers) in country with politics/economics restricting laws (foreign currency exchange control/CADIVI/CNP) and complex and limited payment terms conditions, Engineering support, production IM&S supply, business development support, strategic contract negotiation and management, warehousing stock replacement, project management, quality systems implementation support (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 18000 and ISO 22000:2005+PAS 220:2008). Last position relative: Senior Buyer in Kraft Foods Venezuela, C.A. Barquisimeto Plant. In Barquisimeto Plant, that position is similar to a Purchasing Manager position. Operation Manager is my actual position. Main business units (Financial Administration, Human Resources, Maintenance, Procurement, Billing and Operations) report to me directly.
