My specific goals at any task are early completion, accuracy, and quality. I strive to outperform all my peers and consistently always do. My work ethic will enable me to quickly rise to any top position where I will effectively lead newcomers to any corporation or business. My personal challenge is to lead and develop all those working with me to enhance productivity and company performance. I effectively and efficiently lead task groups of varying size and experience levels to complete any task. My expertise ranges from general aviation electrician specialist to systems expert as a flight engineer on multi-engine long range aircraft, to security operations as a corrections officer. With a general management and leadership background from military service, I have limitless potential to lead and coordinate people in various career fields.
