Dear Hiring Manager, I have ten years of diversified, progressive IT experience in technical support working for PDI DreamWorks Animation, Monster Cable Products, EA Sports, and The Orphanage as the Sr. Desktop Helpdesk Support Technician, providing executive, remote and personal support. I have also worked as an Assistant Technical Director on the Disney hit motion picture A Christmas Carol for Image Movers Digital. My responsibilities include new hardware and software upgrades and deployments, including desktops, laptop support for PC’s and Mac’s, plus creating and maintaining images.
