Since the beginning of October, I am officially retired because I was working in the Ministry of Defence, Directorate of Military Health Care, and after 29 years spent in the service, according to the labour law satisfied the requirements for retirement. As I only have 56 years I think it is too early for retirement and would like to continue to work in a hospital like yours. I currently work in the private sector, expecting serious offers.
